Application instructions:
• Hold ankle at a 90-degree angle and place the foot between Velcro straps.
• Secure wrap firmly to Velcro based on foot size, then wrap snugly around foot.
• Circle wrap around ankle, crossing over to opposite side, forming a figure-eight pattern.
• Spiral wrap up leg to just below or above the knee, maintaining 50% overlap for compression.
• Secure wrap with Velcro strap, ensuring a snug fit without being too tight.
Apply layers from the base of the toe upwards to prevent swelling
